Setting up your Home Care Package is as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4:
- Get in touch with MCWA Complete Care by calling on 1800 988 767 and we will be there every step of the way.
- Government funded support for in home care requires approval and assessment through My Aged Care, Aged Care Assessment. Go to www.myagedcare.gov.au/referral, and follow the prompts or call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422
- Fill out and complete the Aged Care Fees Income Assessment form
- Once you get the letter from My Aged Care approving your Government Home Care Package, get in touch with MCWA Complete Care Division and together we can develop a plan that best suits your needs and goals.
