Setting up your Home Care Package is as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4:

  1. Get in touch with MCWA Complete Care by calling on 1800 988 767 and we will be there every step of the way.
  2. Government funded support for in home care requires approval and assessment through My Aged Care, Aged Care Assessment. Go to www.myagedcare.gov.au/referral, and follow the prompts or call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422
  3. Fill out and complete the Aged Care Fees Income Assessment form
  4. Once you get the letter from My Aged Care approving your Government Home Care Package, get in touch with MCWA Complete Care Division and together we can develop a plan that best suits your needs and goals.
