MCWA – Gala Dinner 2020 with Dr. Gjorge Ivanov – Former President of Macedonia

Delighted to invite you to join me, fellow Board Directors, the MCWA CEO and staff, together with members of the Macedonian and other ethnic-communities, in the MCWA’s 2020 inaugural Gala Dinner.

With support from business counterparts, the event will focus on humanitarian efforts in catalysing growth and fundraising efforts in sustaining optimum support for our aging ethnic population in Australia.

The Gala Dinner provides an opportunity for you to strengthen
our community and encourage social inclusion and participation for not only our current community elders, but ensure the sustainability and viability of the MCWA’s services and programs for our beloved grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles and one day ourseleves.

As the MCWA’s largest fundraising event of 2020, our goal is to raise much needed funds for:

a) the purchase of a transport bus (the MCWA currently pay exorbitant hire fees to bus companies in order to transport elderly members to and from social groups and outings);
b) continual improvement
c) expansion of MCWA programs and services to areas outside of the Melbourne metro and with luck, across Australia.

With your help, together we play a vital role to continue the MCWA Mission, and together, we can make a difference to ensure our beloved and respected aging population have an abundance of opportunity and have access to the highest quality programs and services, which will enable them to live life to the fullest.
